GAS UTILITY WORKER

The City of Superior seeks full-time Gas Utility Worker.  Gas experience preferred but not required.  Duties include, but not limited to, maintaining, repairing, constructing natural gas distribution system. Reads meters and operates light and heavy equipment. Minimum requirements include high school diploma, able to speak and read English fluently, capable of climbing into and out of holes over the applicant’s head, wearing protective gear, working with power equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and possessing a valid Driver’s License. Any offer of employment contingent on passing required drug test. Upon training, the position also is responsible for a rotating weekend on-call.
