Streets

The primary responsibility of the Street Department is to perform maintenance and repair to the city streets and alleys within the city limits. The department does the street sweeping, snow removal, takes care of the street signs and does most maintenance and repairs on the equipment. Our Street Department, with the help of other departments, constructs and pours new concrete streets in the city, along with the armor coating other streets.
