Superior Manor: located Downtown Superior offers 23 one-bedroom apartments for seniors including 2 handicap units, completed in 1979. The rent, which includes utilities, is based off 30% of individuals adjusted gross income. A coin operated laundry and off street parking are provided along with a multipurpose room. Meadow Creek Villa: located at 4th and Marvin Streets offers 10 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom, FMHA housing project for families, completed in 1981. Senior Living
Wildge Ridge Estates located at 1720 Idaho, adjacent to the Superior Good Samaritan Society was built in 1990, is a congregate care apartment complex. This Senior Living facility is enhanced by security and safety, with 12 apartments consisting of one bedroom, one bedroom deluxe or two-bedroom units. Residents are served meals in a central dining area, with laundry and off street parking available. No income requirements to qualify for this comfortable living. Assisted Living
Victorian Legacy located at 1160 Sunrise, built in 2005, is in a quiet residential area offering 18 one-bedroom private assisted living apartments. This facility offers 24 hours staffing daily with resident safety monitoring, meal preparations, medication management, bathing and laundry assistance. A wide range of activities encourages residents the fullest possible life. The City of Superior is a supporter of Fair Housing and Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 which prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental and financing of dwellings based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or familial status, and sets forth enforcement of mechanisms with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) attorneys bringing actions before administrative law judges on behalf of victims of housing discrimination; and allows Justice Department jurisdiction to bring suit on behalf of victims in Federal district courts. Furthermore, the City supports the elimination of unlawful discriminatory practices within the City of Superior.
